Brooks guesthouse provides boutique style bed and breakfast accommodation in the centre of Bath. All bedrooms are uniquely styled & individual with new pocket sprung mattresses, high quality cotton bed linen, fluffy bath sheets, flat screen TV’s and DVD players, digital radios and I-pod docking stations. We have 21 bedrooms ranging from family rooms to single rooms, all with en-suites. The bedrooms have been upgraded to a very high standard with new interiors, a mix of antique and modern furniture and new en-suites, featuring travertine stone tiles and Italian designer fittings. We are foodies at Brooks so have sourced the best local organic and free range suppliers to offer you the choice of full English breakfast, vegetarian breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, homemade muesli or granola and organic yoghurt and compotes. We supply fair trade tea and coffee. There is also a fridge for guest use situated by the breakfast room. An honesty bar is open daily so you may make yourself a drink and relax in our comfortable guest lounge with open log fire. Free access to the internet is available on a laptop in the guest lounge, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the guesthouse. Parking permits for on-street parking are available on a first come first served basis and cost £5 per 24 hours. Alternatively Charlotte Street car park is situated behind us and costs £8 for 24 hours or free parking is available at Royal Victoria park; a 5 minute walk to the guesthouse. Villa Claudia is a Victorian House built in 1896 which is conveniently located close to Bath City Centre. We are situated within walking distance to many restaurants and excellent shopping centres. And of the the old Roman Baths, Holburne Museum and Bath Abbey to name just a few places memorable places which you can visit during your stay at Villa Claudia. We have Private off-street parking available for guests. The house has 3 excellent En-Suite Guest Rooms, with King-Size and Wrought Iron Beds and a Four-Poster Bed. It is ideally situated off the main roads and adjacent to Henrietta Park, but within a few minutes level walk of the city centre with its many attractions, restaurants and excellent shopping centre. The House is built of natural stone and has five excellent guest rooms, some with king size and wrought iron beds. Warm, contemporary and attractive decorations have provided beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable en-suite rooms.
