We are a family run hotel and offer genuine friendly hospitality and endeavor to make your stay an enjoyable and comfortable one and we welcome families and business guests alike. Enjoy the warm atmosphere of our award winning pub - the hub of Seatons community where our locals always extend a friendly welcome. Our restaurant is open daily from 12noon offering a light lunch or special lunch menu to a full and extensive al la carte menu. All our food is freshly prepared and we are known for our generous portions of delicious home-cooked food. We have a large Conservatory where we cater for many functions from wedding receptions to birthday parties to wakes. We do not charge for the hire of this room when we are catering for the occasion. We are a family run hotel with 9 rooms including 3 family rooms and we offer good old fashioned hospitality and pride ourselves on offering a comfortable room made up to the highest standards. Every room has an en-suite and television with coffee / tea making facilities. We welcome children however we do not accommodate animals. A full English Breakfast is included and a packed lunch can be provided on request for business guests or our holiday guests who would like to picnic on the Beach or in the Countryside. We offer a full restaurant service opening for breakfast at 8am - 9am. Lunch starts at 12noon and we serve food all day where you can dine in the main bar, lounge bar or restaurant. The restaurant kitchen closes after dinner service at 9pm. The Eyre Court does not allow smoking in any of the Hotel rooms however we have designated smoking areas outside the main bar and lounge bar. We have free live music every Sunday afternoon from 4pm - 7pm in the main bar which is very popular with our locals and guests.

Set in the glorious countryside of East Devon, Swallows Eaves is a small, privately owned, wisteria-clad hotel set in the pretty village of Colyford, close to Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and the Jurassic coast. The George Inn is a beautuiful 15th century thatched pub set in the heart of picturesque Chardstock, right on the the Devon, Dorset and Somerset borders. It was originally a Church or Parish house where locals would gather after services to taste the beer brewed by two church nominated wardens.Evidence for the age of the building can be seen in the graffiti in the snug and lounge bar windows where the names and initials can be traced back through many generations of local families. the pub still maintains many original features such as old oak and linen fold panelling which is said to be one of the finest examples in the country. We have two bars and a restaurant serving traditional delicious English Foods and catering for all tastes and our Sunday Roasts should not be missed.
