Hopgarden House is a private spacious contemporary Town House situated in a superb rural location in the village of Lamberhurst overlooking fields down a no-through lane and is ideal for a peaceful break or family activity holiday, being close to Bewl Water. If you are on business in Tunbridge Wells or surrounding areas we are conveniently just a few miles drive from town. There is a first floor Lounge overlooking fields exclusively for Guest use with sumptous comfortable leather sofas, SKY TV, free wireless broadband. There are 3 guest bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 being ensuites. Lamberhurst has 4 nice pub/restaurants in the village all within walking distance. We are also a good base if visiting National Trust Properties being ideally situated in " The Garden of England" surrounded by beautiful countryside. Lamberhurst Golf Course is under a mile, Scotney Castle and Lamberhurst Vineyard are a 15 minute walk and Bewl Water is a mile away for walking, biking, trout fishing, water sports, sailing and outdoor pursuits. We are located 5 miles south from the elegant Georgian Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells with its impressive shopping facilities. 20 minutes from the historic towns of Battle, Hastings and 1066 country. Close to all major routes to London and cross channel routes to Europe. Easy access to M25 and 35 minutes from Gatwick Airport..
