Rated 5 Star with Gold accolade, Brook Farm is a 17th century listed house set in 5 acres of gardens and meadows with rural views of the beautiful Kent countryside. Luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation in the converted barn adjacent to the main house provides guests with privacy and their own access to come and go as they please. Guests to the B&B are welcome to use the Heated swimming pool during the summer months (by prior arrangement). Breakfast is cooked on the AGA using locally sourced and Organic produce where ever possible. There are two lovely pubs in Woodchurch village, whilst Tenterden is just 3 miles away and Rye only 10 miles. All three rooms are en-suite and are well sized, having solid oak flooring, ledge and brace doors and beautiful French oak furniture. To make your stay enjoyable you have Flat Screen TV with built in freeview channels, Free Wi-Fi internet access, hairdryer, clock/radio alarm and CD player, and a hospitality tray with a selection of teas, coffees, biscuits and bottled mineral water. Heating controls are totally independent allowing guests full control of their own environment. En-suites have high pressure shower, heated towel rail, luxury towels and complimentary slippers and toiletries. A comfortable nights sleep is aided by the crisp white linen on the king-size beds. The beds are provided by Hypnos and are the exact same ones they supply to many top hotels, including the 5 star Skibo Castle in Scotland (where Madonna and Guy Ritchie were married). For the comfort of all our guests, we operate a no-smoking policy throughout the premises. For your added safety, smoke detectors are installed in every room and linked together.
