Portleith Guest House is a small Guest House and has wonderful sea views and is right next to Winterfield Golf Course. Edinburgh the capital city is only 20/30 minutes drive away! There is stunning views of the sea from the comfortable double room, and fabulous Belhaven Beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Shops, Pubs and Restaurants are also just a few minutes away. Plenty of parking is available at the front of the house and a driveway. This is Ideal accommodation for a short break away. There is a fantastic swimming pool nearbye with flume and wave machines. No. 12, as its name suggests, is in Quality Street in the heart of North Berwick, just a stone’s throw from the harbour and local beaches..No. 12 Quality Street was purchased by Stirling and Jela Stewart in October 2005 and was previously called the Harbour House Hotel. The hotel is now fully licensed and in March 2006 the ground floor was renovated with simply stunning results and now includes No. 12 Café Bar.At No. 12 Stay Over we offer a unique, homely experience. There is no reception desk to check in at, just the lovely smell of coffee from the bar area. More than a Bed & Breakfast but without the formality of a hotel, No. 12 is all about relaxation and informality with excellent service. Bedrooms remain open as normal throughout the winter however the cafe is closed during the day on Mondays and Tuesdays (and is largely unmanned after breakfast) and every night for dinner apart from Friday’s and Saturday’s. Although priding ourselves on old fashioned personal service there is nothing staid or old fashioned about the Hotel. We take great pride in the food and drink we offer with the emphasis on quality and fresh local ingredients – there’s a good chance that the guy sitting next to you at the Bar will have caught the Sea Bass you had for dinner!
