The Old Ram Coaching Inn is a listed Inn dating back to the 17th Century; documents reveal that it has been a coaching Inn for most of its life. The Inn has recently been sympathetically refurbished. Inside exposed brick work and the original beams can still be seen and there is a real log fire in the main bar. Our 11 guest rooms all have private bathrooms; there are some suites and a four poster bed. Rooms all have hair dryers, a trouser press, tea and coffee making facilities and satellite television. We also have a fully equipped conference room with special delegate rates and ample parking is available.

Farm Barn is a situated on a working livestock farm, the private barn accommodation has been newly converted to a high standard with oak flooring and handmade oak doors. It has fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a TV/DVD/Video player with a selection of childrens videos and CD/radio. It provides a spacious and welcoming open plan living/dining and kitchen area which is bright and modern. Upstairs there is a kingsize bed and two adult size z beds in an open plan adjoining room. Linen and towels are provided. Well behaved pets welcome. We can provide breakfast in the barn which includes bacon from our local farm shop, fresh eggs, orange juice, bread, jams, cereals, milk and tea/coffee, which is £7.50 per person (self catering). It is an ideal base for anyone whether visiting for business or pleasure, with or without children. With attractions such as Norwich, the Suffolk coast and the Broads all within easy reach, Farm Barn is the perfect base to explore the beautiful Norfolk and Suffolk area.

Lamb Cottage is an historic thatched Grade II listed former workers cottage with historical evidence which dates the property back as far as 1450. Its location is in the heart of the ancient town of Eye on the Suffolk / Norfolk border. Although an old property the interior has recently undergone a major refurbishment to a very high standard boasting all the latest conveniences including fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with flatscreen waterproof TV!, oak effect flooring, internet access and washing machine. There is one bedroom with double bed and a luxury double sofa bed downstairs. All linen, towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. At the rear of the property is a small peaceful cottage garden with dining table and garden bench. NB 2% charge applied for all credit cards. Maestro and Debit cards have no charge.
