Originally converted as part of the TV programme “Homefront”, our B&B Barn near Banham in Norfolk has been lovingly improved over the past six years into a substantial family home. We are enclosed in an acre of grounds surrounded on three sides by open fields, so if you have a four legged friend to bring along. Friendly dogs are very welcome to join you. Dogs can be accommodated in the both the "Rose" and "Bluebell" rooms but not in the Suite. (Parque flooring!) All rooms are on the ground floor and benefit from their own private entrance and bathroom. (except from the 21st of March until the 2nd of April when the Bluebell room is being partially redecorated). We will be using the bedroom above during this time, which benefits from a roll top cast iron bath. Entrance to this is via the main entrance. We have a fully licensed Bar at the Barn. Breakfast is served in the barn’s impressive main hall. All our breakfast ingredients are all sourced from our local butcher and our eggs are free range. Traditional English or Continental breakfast is prepared to order. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. Bluebell Barn is not suitable for children under the age of 10. (Solid york stone floors in the barn)

The Old Ram Coaching Inn is a listed Inn dating back to the 17th Century; documents reveal that it has been a coaching Inn for most of its life. The Inn has recently been sympathetically refurbished. Inside exposed brick work and the original beams can still be seen and there is a real log fire in the main bar. It provides a spacious and welcoming open plan living/dining and kitchen area which is bright and modern. Upstairs there is a kingsize bed and two adult size z beds in an open plan adjoining room. Linen and towels are provided. Well behaved pets welcome. We can provide breakfast in the barn which includes bacon from our local farm shop, fresh eggs, orange juice, bread, jams, cereals, milk and tea/coffee, which is £7.50 per person (self catering). It is an ideal base for anyone whether visiting for business or pleasure, with or without children. With attractions such as Norwich, the Suffolk coast and the Broads all within easy reach, Farm Barn is the perfect base to explore the beautiful Norfolk and Suffolk area.
