On entry past the Hall, you reach a courtyard where there is plenty of parking, and you can see Stable Court on your right. The front door of Stable Court B - leads you into the inner lobby from which the kitchen and the sitting room are located. The Kitchen diner has gentle green shaker style units. Through the kitchen your reach the sun room, with a further table and chairs made of wicker, and a door leads to the enclosed garden. Back through the lobby is the impressive double height main sitting room. There is a wood burning stove and a large flat screen TV. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with 5ft beds and en-suite shower rooms. One bedroom also has a 3ft single bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. Stable Court B sleeps 5. Services - electric storage heaters, washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric ceramic hob cooker, microwave oven, ironing board & iron, flat screen TVs with free view, high chair, travel cot, CD music centre, hairdryers in both bedrooms. Master bedroom - Flat screen TV. Garden chairs, tables and BBQ. On entrance through the front door you enter into the lounge area, with push reclining cream leather chairs, coal effect remote control fire, a large flat screen, freesat wall mounted TV and ipod docking station. To your left - up 2 steps is a gallery kitchen /diner. Built in fridge, dishwasher, oven and hob. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, kettle, microwave oven and toaster. Bathroom - white suite with electric shower - no bath. Bedroom - 5ft Louis style bed in passionate red The Barn is heated by electric panel heaters. The Bull is a traditional coaching Inn dating from the early 17th century, although the foundations date from the mid 1300s making it the second oldest Inn in Norfolk. It was the first or last change of horses on the Kings Lynn to Great Yarmouth coaching route. The stables and coach house have been converted to provide 3 double rooms, which are disabled friendly, with large shower rooms. The court yard provides secure parking which is locked at night. Ideal location for walking and cycling breaks with storage for bikes. All year round fishing within 400yds on day ticket with more in the locality. Fishing and birdwatching guides can be arranged.
