In 2005 Oakbrook House was bought by The Moss Family and underwent a major refurbishment programme, refreshing the property and incorporating en-suite facilities into each bedroom. We also offer room for small conference/training/meeting centre, short breaks, group holidays including transport to explore Suffolk and Norfolk.

The Old Ram Coaching Inn is a listed Inn dating back to the 17th Century; documents reveal that it has been a coaching Inn for most of its life. The Inn has recently been sympathetically refurbished. Inside exposed brick work and the original beams can still be seen and there is a real log fire in the main bar. Our 11 guest rooms all have private bathrooms; there are some suites and a four poster bed. Rooms all have hair dryers, a trouser press, tea and coffee making facilities and satellite television. We also have a fully equipped conference room with special delegate rates and ample parking is available.

Ample parking for up to 4 plus cars. Enclosed courtyard garden with decking area and bbq facities under a sheltered matured grapevine. Suitable parking for horse trailers, boats etc. Self catering breakfast available at £7.50 per adult which includes bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes all from our local farm shop, bread, preserves, cereals etc.

For those with a passion for fishing, we can offer private fishing from our two large landscaped ponds stocked with coarse fish. All rooms are individually decorated and have a king size bed with either an ensuite shower-room or private bathroom. They are centrally heated and all have colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers and a clock-radio. WiFi access available. Rooms are finished to a high standard, very spacious and look out over the gardens. Our rates include a delicious Full English breakfast served with free range eggs from our own hens.
