(Even the 40th which gave it 4 stars didnt have anything unpleasant to say) Wow they werent wrong. We only stayed for one night but felt so welcome by Shirley. Her house is immaculate and she cannot do enough to help you. Thanks again Shirley. The area is so lovely too, we wished we had booked in longer. Just be careful. BritInHolland Katwijk Aan Zee 16 Mar 2009 I stayed with Shirley and Norman Allen at Plasnewydd for 3 days and I can honestly say you are made to feel very welcome. The breakfasts are amazing and the rooms are comfortable, clean and cosy. Shirley and Norman are the best hosts I have ever stayed with and I have travelled a considerable amount. They are extremely helpful and friendly and will assist you in whatever way they can. I can truly say I will stay with them whenever I visit Wales and would highly recommend their B & B to everyone. RhossiliMinnie Rhossili 15 Mar 2009 We enjoyed our stay at the Plasnewydd. The B&B was built in 1911, the house has kept certainly most of the style of that period, with only a few rooms that have been modified. We had the private bathroom which was lovely. The breakfast was to your design which was very good. You do have to notify the previous night on the sheet what you would like. It did cater for all our needs. You also werent expected in by a certain time before the front door is closed. I would certainly come back. BristolLeggy Bristol 15 Feb 2009 We had never visited this part of Wales before and came across this place completely by accident. We were pleasantly surprised.
