We are located just outside the small village of Condover, just six miles south of the historic market town of Shrewsbury and within striking distance of the South Shropshire Hills, the World Heritage site of Ironbridge and the gastronomic capital of the county, Ludlow. We are a lovely Country Inn Hotel situated in the backdrop of the Longmynd Hills & Cardingmill Valley. The views are breathtaking as are the walks in the area whether its business or pleasure. The accommodation offered is 12 Ensuite rooms with TVs & WiFi. We also cater for coach parties, meetings, functions. We offer a fresh homecooked A la Carte menu and also our famous Carvery with local meats& seasonal vegetables. There is a lovely beer garden and an enclosed play area for children. A new games room is now available with pool, darts, gaming machines and a flat screen TV for all those big matches!

Croft House has three spacious double bedrooms, one being a family room. Each room is complimented by a luxurious ensuite bathroom consisting of a separate bath and shower. All are decorated to a very high standard and all are situated on the first floor. Croft House is conveniently located in a quiet residential area with ample parking. The Burway room has a luxury feel and is decorated and furnished to a very high standard with your every comfort in mind.

We are a traditional Shropshire pub, offering true hospitality to everyone from walkers, horse riders, through to lunch time diners wanting a pub snack, and light bites, and in the evenings we host many locals, farmers and business folk after hard days work, enjoying real ale in the bar, or a glass of wine, and our extensive restaurant menus. Following our loving restoration in Spring 2008, the Wenlock Edge Inn now offers a wide selection of real ales (A member of CAMRA) fine wines, and Belgian Beers..Alongside our local and regional produce. Bar Our Hobsons Real ales, as well as Continental lagers, attract many thirsty passers by, and we have created an exciting new wine list, with many by the glass, and bottles from just £10.95. Food The food is lovingly created by James Siviter which is all freshly prepared and locally sourced. The menu is traditional British pub food, from premium bar snacks, all the way up to great local steaks (with our hand-cut fat chips) and homemade pies - also fresh beer battered scallops, and our daily fish board (depending on season). Using local and regional produce, we will be holding special events, where you can often meet our local suppliers, as many of them drink in the pub!
