We are close to Bath ,Bristol,Longleat Wookey Hole Cheddar Caves, Wells and Priston Mill. The area is littered with footpaths ideal for walkers especially those with an interest in history, the Mendip hills are just a short drive away. Our Family Suite consists of two rooms with a child size adjoining door all on its own floor, we welcome children of all ages. We also have a beautiful double en-suite room. All rooms have countryside views, TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities and WIFI.

Welcome to our beautiful 17th Century Grade 11* Listed house, situated off the A37 between Bath, Bristol and Wells on the edge of the Mendip Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Old Parsonage is very conveniently placed for both the business traveller and tourist visiting the West Country. We can easily be reached by public transport and there is ample private off street parking. The Old Parsonage was built in the 1680’s and was owned by The Duchy of Cornwall for over 200 years. It retains many of its beautiful period features including wooden panelling, shutters, period open fireplaces and a wonderful original 17th Century staircase. Rooms have an interesting collection of antique furniture and beautiful chandeliers combined with modern facilities to make your stay very comfortable and relaxing. Brooks guesthouse provides boutique style bed and breakfast accommodation in the centre of Bath. All bedrooms are uniquely styled & individual with new pocket sprung mattresses, high quality cotton bed linen, fluffy bath sheets, flat screen TV’s and DVD players, digital radios and I-pod docking stations. We have 21 bedrooms ranging from family rooms to single rooms, all with en-suites. We are foodies at Brooks so have sourced the best local organic and free range suppliers to offer you the choice of full English breakfast, vegetarian breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, homemade muesli or granola and organic yoghurt and compotes. An honesty bar is open daily so you may make yourself a drink and relax in our comfortable guest lounge with open log fire. Free access to the internet is available on a laptop in the guest lounge, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the guesthouse. Parking permits for on-street parking are available on a first come first served basis and cost £5 per 24 hours. Alternatively Charlotte Street car park is situated behind us and costs £8 for 24 hours or free parking is available at Royal Victoria park; a 5 minute walk to the guesthouse. Villa Claudia is a Victorian House built in 1896 which is conveniently located close to Bath City Centre. We are situated within walking distance to many restaurants and excellent shopping centres.
