By 1870 it was already well established as a posting inn that supplied 300 post horses for coaches going to and from London and the West Country. Welcome to great value hotel accommodation in Salisbury City Centre Citylodge Salisbury occupies a 15th century Merchant House with a wealth of beams, features and history. The lodge has 23 newly refurbished bedrooms, all featuring en suite bathrooms with bath and power shower. The lodge is completely non-smoking. All rooms have flat screen TVs with 33 free digital TV & radio channels and free wifi broadband internet access. We have five ground floor bedrooms and all bedrooms have new hypnos beds and bespoke walnut furniture; indeed a tranquil haven in the centre of a vibrant city. The Lodge serves a continental breakfast, in the privacy of your own room for only £5. The Lodge does not offer lunch or dinner. However, there is an abundnace of bars and restaurants that can be found nearby. Due to our location we are unable to offer on site parking but you may park at the front of the hotel after 6pm until 8am free of charge (outside of these times a charge is made). There is a large pay and display car park which is less then a minutes walk away and is free of charge overnight.

Following customer feedback, secondary glazing was added to 20 of the rooms in order to reduce the noise that was heard due to our great location, in the heart of Salisbury city. At the weekend our bar is a vibrant, lively environment where locals, tourists and visitors alike enjoy great food, watching sport or chatting in friendly surroundings. On weekend evenings our bar is one of Salisburys most popular venues and opens until 2am, becoming part of the night time circuit. You can unload your luggage directly outside for checking in, after which parking is available just 2 minutes away in Brown Street pay and display with free parking after 6pm until 8am. You can enjoy breakfast from 7.30 until 10 am Monday to Saturday and from 8 until 10am on Sunday. Food is available until 10pm daily, except on Sunday when it is available until 9pm. Our meeting room is ideal for up to 20 delegates or for private dining.
