The Flask Café and Travel Lodge is situated on the A171 Whitby to Scarborough road, we are 7 miles from Whitby and 12 miles from Scarborough. We have plenty of safe off road parking. We are 4 star rating. So if you enjoy walking, cycling, fishing or taking in the magnificent views, come and stay as our guests in the Travel Lodge. Broom House an excellent place to stay, overlooking the Esk valley this farmhouse has been refurbished to provide 4 superb en-suite rooms and 2 suites.Egton Bridge is a pritty village situated in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Close to the Historic town of Whitby with 3 miles of golden sands, picturesque harbour and quaint cobbled streets. Goathland the Aidensfield Heatbeat, the NYM steam railway and the Esk valley line at Grosmont are nearby.Excellent walking from the doorstep of Broom House .Good local Inn/ restaurant in walking distance.Log fires in the guest lounge and dining room in winter.All rooms have veiws of open countryside.Spacious en-suite bathrooms 3 have bath and shower over bath 2 have a bath with shower attachment.Our ground floor room is suitable for guest with mobility difficulties and has a shower room, french windows lead onto the private garden patio.Broom House has a patio for guest use in the south facing garden, a beautifull place to relax and take in the scenary.
