Spooks at Cumbria's Muncaster Castle

The most frightful night of the year is here and if the family wants to visit the most frightful place in England that offers ghostbusters and plenty of ghosts, try Muncaster Castle.

Home to the Pennington family for over 800 years, the castle in Ravenglass offers everything from weddings to ghost tours as part of its Halloween Week, following the tales of the castle's former jester, Tom Fool, and the White Lady who reportedly haunts the gardens.
