Blackpool B&B: Music hall matinee set for Blackpool

A regular afternoon matinee of music hall performance is planned for Blackpool which will be a real treat for nostalgic guests staying at a Blackpool B&B.

Blackpool-based entertainment producer Duggie Chapman presents an all-star variety show featuring music, comedy and magic.

Matinee Music Hall will run every Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon at the Winter Gardens Pavilion Theatre until the end of July.

Versatile musician Gordon Cree will perform both as a vocalist and playing a percussion instrument called the Marimba.

Cree is part of a cast of Blackpool-born entertainers, including comic Duggie Clark and musician Peter Lindup who will also host the show.

Soprano Beryl Johnson will also perform along with local magician Mark Raffles and they will all be backed by the Steve Clark band.

Both young and old guests at a Blackpool B&B will no doubt find something to love at the Matinee Music Hall show.
