An exciting new tram installation project is currently underway in Edinburgh which will provide an incredible transport system for guests staying at an Edinburgh B&B.

As Scotland's largest infrastructure project, the £500 million Edinburgh Tram Project will deliver a modern transport network for the Scottish capital.

The construction phase for the project is being organised by Bilfinger Berger which is presently recruiting 50 new jobs to add to its 70-strong team.

Richard Walker, managing director of the company, said that "the Edinburgh Tram project is one of the most exciting and challenging infrastructure developments currently happening anywhere in the UK".

"We already have an excellent team in place in Edinburgh and, with the construction phase of the project gathering momentum, we are now in a position to ramp up our recruitment," he said.

Mr Walker added that project will "deliver the world class tram system which Scotland's capital deserves" as well as potentially encouraging people to come and stay at one of Edinburgh's B&Bs.
