Devon B&B: Fashion show comes to the county

Fashion-loving guests staying at a Devon B&B will soon be able experience a fantastic charity catwalk show when it comes to the county.

The North Devon Gazette reports that the fashion event is due to go ahead on October 15th at the Arlington Suite at the Barnstaple Hotel.

A wide range of clothes, cosmetics and hair accessories from shops and boutiques in the local area will be modelled on the catwalk.

After watching the show, visitors can then bid for these items at an auction with all the proceeds going to sub-Saharan Africa charity Amigos.

Items on offer include an 18 carat gold and tanzanite diamond pendant and earring set which is estimated to fetch around £500.

Also going under the hammer will be an image consultancy session from Colour Me Beautiful and an £80 voucher for Unique Hair Design.

There will also be some music from local bands which will guarantee that the event proves a real treat for people staying at a Devon B&B.
