Cornwall B&B: Winter food fair proves a real hit
Thousands of food loving guests staying at a Cornwall B&B this weekend flocked to a fantastic winter produce festival in the county.
Running from November 15th to 16th, the Cotehele Winter Food Fair showcased the best food produced in the south-west region
Over 30 regional food and drink producers had a presence at Cothele's great barn to show off organic bread, mulled cider and cheeses.
John Sheaves, chief executive of Taste of the West, said that the event is always a "food lovers' paradise".
"This year's fair was the perfect opportunity to secure those special, unique Christmas gifts for friends and family, and with so much lovely local food and drink all in one place, the fair really is a food lovers' paradise," he added.
Kirsty Sargent, of Sargies Kitchen, commented: "We love the Cotehele Fair as there is always such a buzz and great atmosphere."
It's unsurprising that so many people staying at a Cornwall B&B opted to sample such an incredible range of food and drink in the county.
