Cumbria B&B: New short films night goes ahead in the county
People staying at a Cumbria B&B will be able to experience a cherished short film mini-festival which returns to the county this evening.
Staged at the Warehouse Cafe at the Brewery Arts Centre in Kendal, the Short Film Night showcases the best new short movies from around the UK, reports the Westmoreland Gazette.
Organised by Cumbria Filmmakers Network, the night will feature a variety of short films from a mix of Cumbrian and national film companies.
Many of the people who make the films also attend the screening to present their work as well as answer questions from the audience.
The launch show tonight will trigger a scheduled appearance for Short Film Nights on the first Thursday of every month.
Such a fantastic opportunity to view a variety of new short films will surely prove too good to miss for guests staying at a Cumbria B&B.
