Devon B&B: Geri Halliwell enjoys a holiday in Devon

Guests staying at a Devon B&B may have seen former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell who recently enjoyed a holiday in the county.
The 38-year-old singer and children's author took a short break in Thurlestone, near Kingsbridge, with her new love Henry Beckwith.
According to the Western Morning News, Halliwell was dressed casually as she visited shops in the village with her 29-year-old boyfriend.
Sam Acourt, barmaid at Thurlestone's Village Inn, told the newspaper this was the first time the star had visited the area, but she made sure she blended in.
"I think they like coming here because they don't get bothered. They are really nice and relaxed," she explained.
"Henry is a regular, because his family comes down here a lot. It's the first time we've seen him with Geri. She was lovely - really nice and down-to-earth."
It's possible that people staying at the many fantastic Devon B&Bs will see more of the former Spice Girl as she makes further visits to the county in future.
